Netraksha AI is an advanced cybersecurity platform that uses artificial
intelligence to protect individuals and enterprises from identity theft,
deepfakes, and phishing scams.
Our proprietary deepfake detection models analyze visual and audio
artifacts—such as unnatural blinking patterns, localized blurriness, and
synthetic noise matrices—to calculate a high-confidence probability
score indicating whether media has been AI-generated.
Yes. We employ end-to-end encryption (AES-256) and strict data
minimization policies. Uploaded reference images are stored securely and
never sold or shared with third parties.
When our 24/7 scanning engine detects a potential threat matching your
identity fingerprint or monitored URLs, you instantly receive a
notification via email and inside your dashboard, detailing the threat
and offering recommended remediation steps.
We offer a Free plan for basic link scanning, and Premium/Enterprise
tiers that unlock continuous dark-web monitoring, API access, and

Troubleshooting
First, verify your API Key in your Developer Dashboard and ensure you
haven't exceeded your tier's rate limits. Check that your requests
include the
Authorization: Bearer header. See our API Documentation
for detailed error codes.
If you aren't receiving email alerts, check your spam/junk folder and
ensure
alerts@netraksha.com is whitelisted. Additionally,
verify that your "Notification Preferences" in your account settings are
toggled ON.
Scan failures typically occur due to inaccessible URLs (firewalls, dead
links) or unsupported file formats (for deepfake uploads). Please ensure
media files are in JPG/PNG/MP4 format and under 50MB.
Account & Billing
You can easily upgrade your plan at any time by navigating to
Settings > Billing in your dashboard and selecting
your desired tier. Prorated charges will apply immediately.
Subscriptions can be canceled via the Billing page.
Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current
billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the Free tier.
If your payment failed, ensure your card has not expired and has
sufficient funds. We support all major credit cards via Stripe. If the
